Dave Dail is a real estate agent located in Moscow, Idaho. As a Moscow native, he enjoys meeting people, helping them settle and get acquainted with Idaho.
Dave believes that home and property ownership is fundamental to financial well being. He is passionate about helping his clients orchestrate the best deals and acquire real estate to help them grow their net worth. After 4 years of real estate, Dave is among the top 10% realtors in the area with word of mouth referrals being his main lead source.

In addition to being a full time real estate agent. Dave is also an active real estate investor himself. He owns multiple properties and has experience with the home renovation process.
Dave holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Arizona State and spent some extensive time abroad studying in Italy. He got his real estate license in 2018. Continuing education is a priority for Dave as he has multiple certificates and over 300 hours of real estate education outside that which is required by the state. The certifications include: Accredited Buyers Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Military Relocation Professional and more.
Family is Dave's #1 priority. You'll often find him out and about with Meggie and their kids. He's also an avid outdoors-man. If he's not with his family or in the forest you may find him in the gym, on the basketball court or overseas in Europe.
